TSW tools and technical risk
1. TSW is a tools and education ecosystem
TSW provides software, technical tools, information and educational resources for traders.
TSW is not a broker, proprietary trading firm, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser or fiduciary.
TSW does not hold your trading funds and does not make trading decisions on your behalf.
2. No guaranteed results
No TSW Tool, indicator, dashboard, strategy, workflow, tutorial, checklist, backtest or other resource guarantees profits, trading performance, evaluation success, funded-account status or payouts.
Users decide how to configure, interpret and use TSW resources.
3. Tools and indicators
TSW indicators and other analytical Tools perform calculations, display information or generate technical outputs according to their programmed logic, available data and user-selected settings.
These outputs are not a promise or recommendation of a trading result. Users decide how to interpret and use them.
4. Technical risk
Software and technical systems can fail.
TSW Tools may depend on hardware, computing resources, operating systems, NinjaTrader, data, internet connectivity, brokers, proprietary trading firms, market-data providers, APIs and other third-party infrastructure.
Technical errors, delays, interruptions, incompatibilities, missing or inaccurate data, connection failures or other malfunctions may occur at any point in that environment.
TSW cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently compatible operation.
Users should monitor the Tools they use and verify information that is critical to their account or trading decisions.
Trading, dashboards and automation
5. Dashboards and data
Dashboard and analytics information may be delayed, incomplete or affected by the quality and availability of source data.
For official account balances, orders, drawdown, rule compliance, payout status or other provider-controlled information, the official records of the relevant broker, proprietary trading firm or platform should be verified.
6. Trade copier and automation risk
Where TSW provides a trade copier or other automation, order activity may be affected by latency, connectivity, synchronisation, differences between accounts, order rejection, execution conditions or third-party system behaviour.
No copy process can be guaranteed to produce identical execution across accounts.
Users remain responsible for configuring, monitoring and controlling their accounts, orders and positions.
7. Trading and market risk
Futures and other leveraged trading can involve substantial risk of loss.
Market conditions can change rapidly and losses can exceed expectations.
A Tool or educational resource does not remove market risk.
Users should only trade in accordance with their own financial situation, risk tolerance, experience and applicable account rules.
8. Strategies, historical results and backtests
TSW may publish strategies, historical examples, backtests, simulated performance or hypothetical material.
Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
Hypothetical, simulated or backtested results have limitations and may differ materially from live results because of execution, slippage, liquidity, fees, changing market conditions, user decisions and other factors.
Current information and user responsibility
9. Tutorials, workflows and checklists
Tutorials, workflows and checklists are based on information reasonably available when they are prepared.
Third-party rules, interfaces, prices, software, platforms or technical requirements may later change.
Users are responsible for verifying important current information directly with the relevant provider.
10. Prop firms, brokers and third-party rules
Proprietary trading firms, brokers, trading platforms and data providers are independent third parties.
TSW does not control their rules, systems, pricing, account decisions or payouts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of TSW Tools complies with the current rules of the third-party service they use.
11. No individual recommendation
TSW content is not tailored financial or trading advice.
Examples, configurations, strategies and educational material are not a recommendation that a particular trade, product, account or risk level is appropriate for you.
12. User responsibility
You remain responsible for:
- deciding whether and how to use TSW;
- configuring Tools;
- monitoring your accounts and positions;
- verifying critical information;
- maintaining appropriate risk controls;
- complying with third-party rules;
- testing software in an appropriate environment before relying on it.
